Through the Jinah Trans website, Jinah collects personal data to answer questions, to respond to requests or to comply with legal provisions.

By completing an online form on this website, Jinah can retrieve, store and / or process some or all of the following data:

  • Your (mobile) telephone number

The information you provide via the online form is used to telephone, message and/or email you to answer your questions, requests and/or comments.

ii. Subscription to our newsletter

The data you provide us may be used occasionally (max. 12 times a year) to send you a newsletter by email. In the newsletter, we offer you information about our services, our annual holiday or about any changes in our working method. As we only occasionally send a newsletter, you will experience little or no inconvenience. For the preparation and processing of our newsletters, we work via the MailChimp platform, in which we store your data, including your name and email address.

When completing a reservation enquiry form through the Jinah website, we can retrieve, store and/or process some or all of the following information:

  • Full address for your accommodation in Portugal

Jinah uses your personal data to contact and communicate with you by telephone and/or in writing (by email and/or by normal post) within the context of your requested services.

How long does Jinah store your data

Jinah does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the goals for which your information is collected. If no agreement is concluded, your data will not be stored for longer than three years. Your data for the newsletter is stored for as long as you remain a subscriber.

Sharing your personal data with third parties

Jinah only provides your personal data to third parties if it is necessary for the execution of an agreement or to comply with a legal obligation. Your personal data will not be passed on to any other third party, including marketing-related objectives.

The use of cookies

The Jinah website uses ‘cookies’. These are small information files that are automatically saved on your computer’s hard drive. Jinah has not given Google permission to use the Analytics information obtained through Jinah for other Google services.

We do not work with Google Adword campaigns, so we do not actively pass your data on to Google.

Jinah takes the protection of your personal data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. The Jinah website uses a reliable SSL Certificate to ensure that your personal details do not fall into the wrong hands. Your rights to view, modify or delete your personal data
